Dosa in Jackson Heights

“Simple but great dosa spot right at the corner across from Apna Bazaar. If you've never had a dosa, it's a spectacle for sure. We had the gobi Manchurian as an appetizer and it was crispy and flavorful. For entree we ordered the cheese and tomato rava dosa and a few chilli paneer dosas. The sambre and coconut sauce were very good and delicious. They have a good amount of tables inside but it gets busy around lunch time especially on weekends. The staff were friendly and attentive. Pricing was great for the portion sizes.”

“Got the Chanai Rava Masala Dosa and the OCC Dosa. We come here often and they don’t disappoint. Staff is friendly and the service is wonderful. Delicious dosas, generous portions, and only $13-$15 each. The OCC is particularly good, and includes a generous amount of cheese and potato. It’s always busy, especially a lot of takeout orders but I would recommend eating in for the crispy dosas.”

“Wow. This is the best dosa we’ve ever had. First of all, Rabeya’s service was excellent. Communicative, kind, and quick. The dosa was flavorful and spicy, fresh, and crispy. I had the mushroom masala dosa and my boyfriend had the rava masala dosa. We also ordered masala pappadum. We can’t wait to come back already.”

“Food was delish, staff was very attentive, and very clean restaurant. Cone dosa was delicious, pani puri was delicious, and the thali dinner was plenty to share. Air conditioning was on, and it was very comfortable inside compared to the humidity and heat of NYC. Will definitely be back. I even indulged and ordered rose lasso for dessert.”
